A guide for agencies in Spain
How to choose a real estate CRM that fits your agency.
A practical guide to comparing everyday work, portals, languages, AI, costs and imports. Try each CRM with a real case from your office.
Try one international enquiry from start to finish
If your agency works on the Costa Blanca or Costa del Sol, try an English-speaking buyer enquiry with a seller who prefers Spanish. The demo should show how your team keeps the client context and organises the next action, including a handover to a colleague.
Check the interface language, client portal language and the content languages included in the plan separately. Unlimited users and properties do not mean that every AI or translation allowance is unlimited.
- Record the enquiry and connect the buyer with the properties that interest them.
- Arrange a viewing and check what the buyer and seller can see in their portals.
- Review the follow-up, who owns each task and the price of the plan that includes it.
Compare a working day, not a list of labels
Choose a recent enquiry and follow it through each demo: enter the contact, find a property, reply, arrange a viewing and leave a task. Look for where context gets lost or the same information must be entered twice.
Then review the client experience. Ask to see what buyers can do, what sellers see and how that activity returns to the CRM. If you work with international buyers in Spain, try the languages you actually use.
Separate features, usage and connections
Ask which features each plan includes, how much AI usage is covered and what changes when you buy credits. Check who reviews and confirms an AI suggestion before information is sent or published.
For email, WhatsApp and feeds, request the connection requirements and exact scope. Receiving text does not mean importing history or files. A feature in a presentation still needs checking with your agency’s configuration.
Calculate costs and prepare to leave your previous system
Compare subscriptions, sale fees, extensions, taxes and yearly billing using your expected volume. The reOffice calculator lets you explore how sales affect the cost of Starter compared with Pro and Business.
Before choosing, review an export and an imported sample, team permissions and the documents you need to keep. reOffice may fit if you want to bring operations into one place; the demo should show that using your way of working.
