Changing CRM

Start with your data and a real working day.

Prepare your move to reOffice by listing contacts, properties and connections. Check a sample before bringing across the rest of your portfolio.

Decide what you need to keep

Separate contacts, properties, documents and open deals. Find the most current version of each piece of information and who can export it. Keep a copy of the source before preparing an import.

CRMs do not all export the same relationships, files or fields. Bring a sample to the demo and list the information you need to keep serving clients. The scope is confirmed when that material is reviewed.

Review a representative sample

Onboarding includes contact and property import. Check the available format and how its fields map to reOffice; do not assume a file from another system will fit without review.

Include a property with several images, a contact with multiple contact details and a case with missing information. Review addresses, prices, languages and duplicates before expanding the import. Partner feeds depend on their format and permissions.

Check the work as well as the data

Connect email and, if included in your plan, WhatsApp. Walk through a complete case: find a contact, open a property, organise a viewing and prepare the next action. Check team access and portals as well.

Agree on a changeover date once the sample and connections have been checked. Importing a portfolio does not mean all email history, WhatsApp messages or settings from your previous system transfer automatically.

Bring a case from your agency. Let’s walk through it.
